Nelson Hayden is a dedicated and compassionate substance use counselor who firmly believes in the power of patient-centric care to facilitate transformative healing in individuals struggling with addiction. With a strong commitment to empowering his clients, Nelson specializes in using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to address trauma and co-occurring mental health disorders that often underlie substance use challenges.
Education & Experience
Licensed in the State of New Hampshire, Nelson Hayden earned his master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University in 2018. During his academic journey, he demonstrated exceptional dedication to understanding the complexities of mental health and addiction, equipping him with the knowledge and skills to support his clients effectively. Throughout his career, Nelson has focused on providing personalized and empathetic counseling services, recognizing that each individual's journey to recovery is unique.
