About Me
I am deeply passionate about helping individuals and couples cultivate stronger connections with themselves and those they love. It’s truly a gift to work alongside clients and witness the unfolding of their unique personal journeys. With over 16 years of experience in psychotherapy, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, families, and children in both nonprofit and private mental health settings. My work is rooted in a deep understanding of attachment issues, relationship dynamics, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I offer Telehealth services to individuals and couples in California, New York, and Florida. With a social justice lens, I’m committed to serving lower-income and BIPOC communities, ensuring equitable access to quality mental health care. Outside of therapy, I find balance by spending time in nature with my family. Whether walking, running, or engaging in mindful movement, I believe in the power of nature to nurture both body and mind." If you're ready to explore meaningful change and growth in your life, I would be honored to work with you.
