About Me
I specialize in working with clients struggling through transition, whether it be from one stage of life to another, or when situations arise that require adjustment and change. I practice within a CBT framework but have an eclectic style, pulling techniques from humanistic therapeutic approaches as well as evidenced based ACT, DBT and IFS. Through 19 years of practice, I have mastered the integration of CBT techniques within a caring and genuine person-centered approach to help my clients understand, through reflection, root causes of distress and associated behavior. I am excited to add EMDR to my skills list!
