About Me

I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant with a practice devoted to meaningful, structural change within complex professional and family systems. Insight alone does not necessarily shift enduring patterns. My work addresses change at a deeper level, where patterns are organized and sustained.
EMDR is central to my clinical practice and is integrated within a broader bottom-up framework grounded in nervous system regulation. I understand adaptive patterns as intelligent responses to earlier conditions and support their resolution through embodied, experiential work.
My approach is also deeply informed by Bowen Family Systems theory, particularly multigenerational transmission, relational roles, and differentiation. This integration of EMDR and Bowen provides a lens for addressing both trauma processing and enduring relational structures.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey, Michigan, and Massachusetts. Telehealth services are available to adults across these states, with in-person sessions offered in Chatham, New Jersey.
My practice is currently at capacity. I welcome inquiries from those who feel a strong alignment with this work and value a thoughtful, paced process as openings arise.
