About Me
I have been using EMDR since 2018 and integrate parts work from the lens of structural dissociation theory, among other approaches that I integrate where appropriate. I have additional trainings in psychodrama, brainspotting, rational emotive behavioral therapy, sex/love addiction, and post induction therapy (The Meadows Model).
Education & Experience
I completed my undergrad in psychology with a minor in disaster studies and trauma from the State University of NY at New Paltz. I completed my Masters program in Professional Counseling at Seton Hall University.
