About Me
With over a decade of experience providing individual, family, and group therapy, I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and emotional disturbances, helping clients process and heal from distressing experiences. My approach is client-centered and transpersonal, honoring each individual’s unique journey while integrating spirituality to support deeper healing and growth. I believe in addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and work collaboratively with clients to explore their inner wisdom and align with their authentic selves. My approach combines evidence-based techniques such as mindfulness meditation and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with EMDR and spiritual principles to empower clients to overcome challenges, reduce emotional distress, and create meaningful change in their lives. My practice is located within Restorative Wellness Vero, where we offer a holistic approach to wellness, including yoga, massage therapy, and personalized fitness training. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for clients to heal, grow, and reconnect with their true selves, embracing the transformative power of therapy.
