About Me
I understand the unique challenges you face can be demanding, emotionally draining, and sometimes isolating. If you're struggling to process your emotions and thoughts or manage your actions, I’m here to offer a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, address your personal and professional needs, and find strategies to enhance your well-being. There is no wrong doorway to live life, answers are inside us. We just need to navigate through, reframe our thoughts and regulate our emotions. Recognizing the triggers, raising self-awareness and practice mindfulness are the major aspects of healing
I work with variety of issues, including self-esteem, depression, anxiety, anger and stress management, addiction, eating disorder, marital and family conflicts and inability to cope with daily living. I utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindful-based Cognitive Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, ACT, EMDR and evidence-based approaches depending on the case
Please reach out if you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or simply need a listening ear. Together, we can navigate these challenges and find ways for you to thrive, unlock your full potential to gain satisfaction and make positive meaning of life.
