About Me

I specialize in supporting new and expectant parents going through pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood as they work through emotional distress and reconnect with clarity and calm, even in the midst of chaos.

I also work with teens and adults to help them gain the tools they need to cope with OCD, anxiety, and to process trauma and to begin to heal.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Together, we’ll build practical tools to manage distress, improve emotional resilience, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and those around you. In addition to EMDR, I am trained in and incorporate evidence-based treatments like CBT, DBT, ERP, and ACT when appropriate.

You don't need to have it all figured out to begin - and you don't have to do it alone. Clients often tell me they appreciate my authenticity, warmth, and gentle humor. I show up with both structure and flexibility, and I work to balance acceptance with change in a way that’s supportive and sustainable.
