About Me

Hi, I’m Olivia, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are—even when life feels messy, overwhelming, or hard to put into words. I support children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and overwhelming emotions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, build practical coping tools, and create meaningful change at a manageable pace. I strive to offer a space where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and respected.

Education & Experience

I hold a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina. My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from CBT, attachment-based therapy, EMDR and trauma-informed care to help clients understand patterns, build practical coping tools, and create meaningful change. I balance compassion and curiosity with gentle challenge, recognizing that therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I enjoy utilizing these tools in my work in both the school system, working with children grades k-5, and in a private practice setting. It would be an honor to walk along your journey of healing with you.
