About Me
I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with parents, individuals, children and families. Many of my clients are working through intergenerational trauma and understanding how it impacts their current experience in parenting and relationships. I specialize in working with families that have trauma, ADHD, and a history of behavioral concerns and emotional dysregulation. I work with adoptive families and parents to understand how to best implement trauma informed parenting practices and how to best support their children.
