I like to use somatic interventions to help clients reprocess traumatic memories, explore their inner emotional landscape and work through beliefs that can become stuck points in traditional talk therapy. Clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of their emotions and the parts that make up their personality, relief from their symptoms, and increased emotional resilience.
