About Me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and manager of Ease Your Mind Counseling, PLLC located in Vero Beach, FL. As a result of Covid-19, In-person and Telehealth services are being provided in an attempt to promote safety. One of my goals in therapy is to provide a safe place through professional care where each persons needs are processed in a non-judgmental, warm, and supportive environment using an integrative therapy approach. Addressing: trauma, anxiety, depression, and codependency. In the past, I have served as a primary therapist for private dual diagnosis treatment centers in the following settings: residential, partial hospitalization, outpatient, and within a drug & alcohol detoxification unit. Therapeutic approaches include EMDR, Integrative, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
