About Me
What You Can Expect from Working with Me:
A Relational and Trauma-Informed Approach: I specialize in relational trauma and attachment dynamics, using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you reconnect with yourself and others. I also utilize EMDR, a powerful, body-based trauma therapy that helps clients move through past traumas when talking alone isn’t enough.
Nervous System and Sensory Regulation: Healing is so much more than just “talking through it.” We’ll incorporate the wisdom of your body into our work. This means connecting to your nervous system and making sure you feel safe in your body as we explore deep emotions and unearth painful memories. I use grounding tools in the office and build sensory-based regulation kits with all of my clients to help you stay anchored, and build skills you can carry with you beyond our sessions.
Safety and Vulnerability: Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to “perform healing” or hide parts of yourself. We’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface at a pace that feels right for you.
Personal Growth, Not Perfection: This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about getting curious, exploring patterns, and reconnecting with the parts of you that feel lost without shame, just meaningful progress.
