About Me
I am a trauma-informed Christian therapist who works from a compassionate and non-judgmental perspective to help clients explore and heal the roots of their struggles, so that they can live freely, from an undivided heart. In my personal life, I enjoy shopping with my teenage daughters, relaxing with a good book, hiking, playing my grand piano, and laughing with friends over boba.
