About Me

Are you struggling with anxiety or having panic attacks? Do you notice tightness in your chest or have difficulty breathing in certain situations? Are you feeling overwhelmed when dealing with life’s challenges? You have the ability to find your inner peace and regain control of life’s ups and downs. You can surf the waves of life with more ease and be able to notice and appreciate your innate gifts and strengths. I’m not just a talk therapist. I use techniques beyond traditional talk therapy to tap into the parts of you that aren't always accessible through words. I am a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, and I incorporate aspects of mindfulness, parts work, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) into my practice. I offer both traditional weekly sessions, as well as EMDR intensive sessions, which accelerate your therapeutic progress. Please visit my website to learn more. When you are ready to take steps to find your inner peace, please feel free to contact me to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. I am currently accepting clients through telehealth sessions, which you can access through your cell phone, tablet or computer.

Education & Experience

As a certified EMDR therapist, I truly believe in the power of this therapy. I incorporate parts work into my practice, helping clients understand why they're stuck, and I work with them to tune into their own wise intuition. I have my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University, an MS in Health Systems Management from Rush University, and an MSW in Social Work from University of Illinois at Chicago.
