About Me
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."- Dr. Carl Jung. I am a clinical psychologist who has been in practice for 23 years working with men and women who have diverse backgrounds and experiences. My therapeutic style is warm, supportive and encouraging. I believe growth occurs when we learn to understand why we are struggling. Yet struggling alone can lead to feeling overwhelmed, lost, and stuck. Turning to someone for support and guidance often leads to self-awareness, clarity, direction and empowerment.
