About Me
I began my clinical career working with families in residential treatment settings and later in community and county mental health clinics in San Francisco and Oakland, where I developed a strong foundation in systems-oriented and trauma-informed care. I have over twenty years of experience serving individuals, couples, and families with a particular focus on relational repair for couples and families. I also provide EMDR-focused sessions for individuals seeking relief from OCD and chronic anxiety including phobias, social anxiety, perfectionism and existential anxiety, in addition to treatment for grief and loss and chronic illness.
