About Me
With more than 40 years of experience as a therapist—and 35 years in private practice—I bring depth, compassion, and seasoned insight to my work with clients. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater understanding and resilience.
I believe that the answers to our struggles often live within us. As children, we develop coping strategies to survive and make sense of our world. While these strategies once served an important purpose, they can sometimes limit us later in life. Therapy offers the opportunity to gently examine these patterns, heal what no longer serves us, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling ways of living.
I also understand that trauma is not just a story we tell—it lives in the body. Using EMDR and other integrative approaches, I help clients process and release stored trauma so they can experience greater freedom, balance, and well-being.
Healing is possible at any stage of life. When we address the roots of our pain with curiosity and compassion, we create space for growth, clarity, and lasting change.
