About Me
My preference is to work with clients who have been traumatized in some way. I live in Waterloo, Illinois and my practice has grown from me to 3 Independent Contractors and 1 office staff. I am semi-retired but still working in my private practice.
Education & Experience
Masters in Social Work from St. Louis University School of Social Work in Missouri. The beginning of my career has been devoted to working with populations that are under-served, ie., residential homes for children and adults challenged with mental retardation, and individuals diagnosed with a pervasive mental illness in nursing homes and in a maximum-security hospital. My experience working with these challenging populations has felt like "basic training" for my career in private practice.
