Ms. Patricia M Zielinski, LMFT

About Me

I have over two and a half decades of experience as a psychotherapist. My background spans diverse populations and I have worked with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, addiction and more. My true passion and specialization is in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR is a powerful and evidence-based approach that offers remarkable results in helping people process and heal from distressing experiences. I am continually amazed and grateful for this therapeutic technique as I watch it transform the lives of my clients. I offer customized intensive programs that offer accelerated healing in shorter amounts of time. Your healing journey is unique and your therapy should reflect that.
