Patti Ecker, LCPC
About Me
Since counseling is a second career for me, I bring a lot of life experience to my work. Clients say my sense of humor helps put them at ease, and they appreciate that I pray for them. I'm also a writer, a quilter, a National Parks Junior Ranger, and a founding member of the American Women’s Perquackey Players League. “God is the ultimate healer. I believe He has called me and prepared me to help others ‘get past their past’ and live the life of joy He created them for.”
Education & Experience
I have a Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Lincoln Christian University. I have worked as a counselor for 16 years, including in a community mental health center and a residential addictions treatment program for adults. I am EMDR certified and have advanced training in EMDR for attachment issues, chronic pain/somatic disorders and complex PTSD.
