Mr. Paul Gonsoulin, LPC, NCC

About Me

You’re stuck and don’t know what else to do. You’ve tried everything, but your anxiety, depression or coping with past trauma is still getting in the way of your work and relationships. The voices of self-criticism and self-doubt are getting worse and striving for perfection to feel better is stressing you out beyond what you can handle. You don’t want to burden family and friends with your problems, because what right do you have to complain? You feel so alone, and you know it’s time to make a change. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, ACT, and Gottman relationship therapy among others.
