About Me
I am a trauma-focused therapist working with mental health, as well as dual diagnosis clients. I enjoy working with diverse populations. I am passionate about helping clients reach their goals and live more adaptive lives through utilizing EMDR therapy.
Education & Experience
I hold a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Campbell University. I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, as well as an EMDR Training Facilitator with the Institute for Creative Mindfulness. I trained directly under the founder of ICM, Dr. Jamie Marich. I also have received specialty training in perinatal trauma and reproductive health under ICM colleague, Dr. Mara Tesler Stein. I have consultation groups scheduled several times per month and take individual consultation appointments. Accepting new CITs.
