About Me
As a Counselling Psychologist and EMDR Consultant I help individuals regain their lives after being impacted upon by trauma, stress, anxiety, depression or injury. I work with complex trauma and attachment trauma using EMDR and AI-EMDR as my main modality. I work holistically and integratively also using My IFS level 3 training and stomatic training. I am also an Occupational/Organisational Psychologist with 20 years of business experience and bring this knowledge of work into my therapeutic work to help individuals.
Education & Experience
Doctorate in Counselling Psychology; Postgrad Cert. in Business & Executive Coaching, MSc Industrial Psychology, BSc (hons) Psychology 2.1, BA Economics & Sociology I have been an independent Chartered psychologist since 2003. I am experienced in attachment and complex trauma gaining this in hospitals working with severe and enduring mental health issues. I work with Adults aged 18 and over.
