About Me
I'm an outdoorsy, animal-loving, storm-watching, star-gazing, animal-loving, Camino-hiker who integrates Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness with INTENSIVE EMDR 1-4 day sessions to see lives renewed and healed in 4 days or less. As a former first responder and military spouse of 24 years, I get these worlds and am honored to work alongside our men and women who so selflessly serve others. I also implement integrative therapy/EMDR in conjunction with ketamine treatments for drug resistant disorders for those who qualify.
