I am an Indigenous Counselling Therapist with over 25-years in the human services and mental health field offering group therapy, psychoeducation, and counselling therapeutic support services for individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. I am passionate about working with those that have experienced trauma or adverse childhood experiences, and have over 7-years of work experience specializing in the area of historical trauma, recent critical incidents, and sexual abuse. My style is down-to-earth and I help people get at the root of issues while allowing them to build quality of life.
