About Me

Are you feeling stressed, stuck, or disconnected? Are your emotions or relationship dynamics wearing you down? Life can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. My name is Philip Harris, and I am a telehealth clinician with over seven years of experience helping people work through life’s challenges. I specialize in supporting people in processing trauma and navigating dissociation. But I am also open to working with anyone who wants to better understand themselves and create change. My goal is to make therapy a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. If you’ve had therapy before and it didn’t feel like the right fit, I’m open to learning from that. Together, we can shape an approach that helps you move toward healing and growth. In January of 2026, I completed EMDR training with the Francine Shapiro EMDR Institute. However, I also draw from past trainings in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I may also suggest tools or exercises from other models to fit your needs.
