About Me

I believe healing happens in the context of a safe, authentic therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, heard, and understood. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist, I provide a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach to therapy while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, self-esteem concerns, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. My approach integrates EMDR therapy with attachment-focused, emotion-focused, and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients move beyond survival and toward lasting healing.

Whether you’re working through a single traumatic event or the cumulative impact of past experiences, I strive to create an environment where you can explore your story without judgment while building resilience, confidence, and healthier patterns. My style is both supportive and appropriately directive, balancing compassion, honesty, transparency, and even humor when it serves the therapeutic process.

I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they rediscover hope, strengthen their relationships, and reconnect with the version of themselves they want to become.

I obtained my bachelors degree in Social Work from Fresno Pacific University in 2016 and my masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary in 2022.
