Ms. Quandra Chaffers, LCSW, CSE
About Me
I believe that the antithesis of sexual violence is sexual health. I have 11 years of experience in working to end sexual and domestic violence. My hometown is San Francisco and in my free time I like to nerd out with political think pieces, graphic novels, and playing piano.
Education & Experience
I originally became a Certified Crisis Hotline Counselor with San Francisco Women Against Rape in 2006. In Saint Louis, I facilitated batters intervention groups for 6 years and conducted individual and group therapy with survivors for 4 and a half years. I am in the process of certifying as a sex therapist through AASECT and I have been a certified sex educator for three years. I fearlessly and kindly delve into issues related to sexual self-concept, pleasure, sexual dysfunction, sexual orientation, sexual pain, and much more. I have now taken my background in trauma and expanded it to couples' work and polyfidelity. I am a proponent healthy long term relationship. I can help reduce the occurrence of problem behaviors and treat family attachment issues underlying trauma.
