About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified EMDR Therapist, and Approved EMDR Consultant through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA). I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and longstanding emotional and relational patterns using EMDR therapy integrated with a mind-body approach.
My work focuses on helping individuals process experiences that are held not only cognitively, but also within the nervous system. I support clients in moving beyond insight into deeper emotional and physiological resolution so that lasting change can occur.
I primarily work with adults who are high-functioning externally but experience internal distress such as anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, difficulty with control, or patterns that feel difficult to shift despite previous therapeutic work.

I also provide consultation for EMDR-trained clinicians who have completed their basic 50-hour consultation and are seeking continued support as they deepen their clinical practice.
Consultation focuses on EMDR case conceptualization through the eight-phase model, treatment planning, case selection, managing clinical complexity, and building confidence in applying EMDR with fidelity and flexibility.
My approach is structured, collaborative, and aimed at helping clinicians feel more confident working with complex presentations and unexpected clinical material.
