About Me
Currently accepting new clients. With over 18 years experience, I specialize in helping adults, children (8+) and teens manage anxiety, stress, trauma and burn-out to live fuller lives and accomplish their goals. One of the things that makes me unique is my warm approach and seeking to truly understand who you are and what’s most important to you in your life. Education & Experience
I have been practicing in the field of Social Work for over 18 years, having graduated in 2005 from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. I completed a Master’s of Social Work in 2019 from the University of Windsor’s MSW Working Professionals program. I am trained in EMDR and cognitive behaviour therapy and draw on learnings from acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative and feminist therapies.

I am a registered member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
