About Me

Currently accepting new clients. With over 18 years experience, I specialize in helping adults, children (8+) and teens manage anxiety, stress, trauma and burn-out to live fuller lives and accomplish their goals. ​One of the things that makes me unique is my warm approach and seeking to truly understand who you are and what’s most important to you in your life. Education & Experience

I have been practicing in the field of Social Work for over 18 years, having graduated in 2005 from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. I completed a Master’s of Social Work in 2019 from the University of Windsor’s MSW Working Professionals program. I am trained in EMDR and cognitive behaviour therapy and draw on learnings from acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative and feminist therapies.

I am a registered member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
