I am a former first responder. I specialize in chronic trauma, dissociation, OCD, autism & ADHD (questioning, too), creatives, couples, LGBT, kiddos (7+), men's issues, & personality conditions. With self-compassion & acceptance of life's curveballs, let's get you living the life you deserve; breaking the intergenerational cycles and reuniting with joy and acceptance.
