About Me

My name is Racheal Machaka and i am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more that 10+ yrs of experience. I work with young adults, adults and adolescents with a range of challenges to include , anxiety, self harm, depression, PTSD, life adjustments stressors, relationship challenges, low self esteem, mood regulation, boundary setting in relationships and women's issues.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions including Trauma Focused CBT, EDMR , ACT, Motivational Interviewing , Brief therapy, Solution focused approach , mindfulness training. I am EMDR trained and working towards certification.
