Rachel A Baker, LCSW
About Me
I am an LCSW and mental health therapist who specializes in supporting individuals in navigating life's challenges. I primarily work with adolescents and adults who present with challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma history, PTSD, and grief/ loss. My approach is open- minded, compassionate, and specific to each individual's unique needs. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, helping them find healing, resilience, and a renewed sense of self. As a certified EMDR therapist, I integrate evidence-based practices with a warm, collaborative style to create a safe and supportive place for growth. My goal is to empower clients to process their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life. Together, we work toward not only healing from the past but also cultivating tools to navigate the present and embrace the future with confidence.
Education & Experience
I graduated from Lock Haven University with my bachelor's in social work and from University of New England with my Master's in Social Work.
