About Me

I'm here to meet you where you are today. Being human involves understanding how to process experiences with unresolved thoughts and emotions. My job is being present with you in your humanness, to help you understand where you are, where you've come from, and where you want to go. I can offer you and/or your partner a sounding board and safe space to help you navigate being a human, one who is learning how to relate to yourself, others, your environment, and your spirituality. I specialize in using approaches that work for you as a client, using EMDR, ACT, Existential/Gestalt, and mindfulness. I have primarily focused my work with the LGBTQ+ community, religious trauma survivors, and grief/loss. If you have any questions about my availability, how I might work with your specific issue, or other concerns, please email or call me using the information provided.
