About Me

I specialize in working with women and young adults struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, and trauma. The clients I work with come to me feeling anxious, burnt out and alone. They’re struggling with their relationships and figuring out who they are and where they fit. Life is exhausting, as they second-guess every word that comes out of their mouth. The noise of everyone else’s expectations makes it impossible to sort out what they really want. Utlizing somatic modalities, including EMDR as well as expressive arts therapy approaches, I help clients get to the root causes of suffering and build upon strengths to help them feel better in the present.
