About Me

My name is Rachel Heuchert (pronounced hi-kurt) and my pronouns are she/her. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado and I am certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I have worked primarily with children and adolescents in private practice settings. I split my time between my practice, Cadence Professional Counseling, and teaching adjunct counseling courses. My wellness activities include reading, journaling, running, and spending time with family and friends while doing something outside.
