About Me

Whether you are a client carrying the weight of relational wounds, or a therapist stepping into the deeper work of EMDR — you've come to the right place. My work is rooted in attachment theory and Relational EMDR. I believe healing happens not just inside you, but between people — in the moments of real connection, attunement, and repair. That belief shapes everything I do, whether I'm sitting with a client or mentoring a clinician.

For Clients
I specialize in working with adults who feel caught in familiar emotional cycles — shutting down, people-pleasing, reacting quickly, or feeling disconnected even in relationships that matter most. On the outside you may seem fine. Inside, you know something deeper is happening.

Using Relational EMDR and attachment-focused therapy, we work to understand how early experiences are still shaping your nervous system and relationships today — and begin transforming those patterns gently, from the inside out. This isn't about retelling your story. It's about experiencing something new, with someone who is grounded, attuned, and fully present with you.

I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health and the Art of Holding Therapy, and welcome clients navigating the emotional terrain of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
Currently accepting clients in person or online Vermont and online New Hampshire, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

For Therapists Seeking Consultation
I offer EMDRIA-approved consultation for therapists working toward EMDR certification — and for those who simply want to do this work with more confidence and depth.

As Faculty at The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy, I train alongside clinicians who are defining the future of Relational EMDR. I bring that same level of nuance and rigor into my consultation work. You won't just get protocol guidance here — you'll develop a felt sense of the AIP model, learn to work relationally within EMDR, and build the clinical confidence to navigate complex cases.

I also walk this path alongside you. I continue to be mentored, remain in active EMDR consultation as a consultee, and believe the best clinicians never stop being students.

Consultation offerings include:
— Individual consultation toward EMDRIA certification
— Small group consultation
— Clinical mentorship for therapists ready to go deeper
