About Me

Hi there! I’m Rachel, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 12 years of experience accompanying adults as they seek healing, stability, and growth. I’m licensed to practice in Minnesota and Massachusetts. I’m based in St. Paul, MN to see folks in person, and I offer telehealth sessions for folks of both states. I offer appointments Mondays through Thursdays, 8:00am to 5:00pm (i.e., last appointment begins at 4:00pm). For my own self-care and enjoyment, I keep bees, brew beer, ride my moped, and take long walks with my dog, Raisin.
