Education & Experience

My skill-set has been molded working in a domestic violence shelter for women, college counseling center, medium-security correctional facility for men, and providing outpatient mental health services for individuals of all ages and struggles. I take a modern, holistic, and interpersonal approach incorporating elements from different theories like CBT, DBT, IFS and EMDR depending on the person and the situation.
