About Me

I am an EMDR Certified Therapist dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where healing can unfold in a deeply personalized way. My approach is client-centered and holistic, honoring each person’s unique experiences, strengths, goals, and innate capacity for healing.

I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy with Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work, mindfulness, grounding techniques, and somatic practices to support clients in reconnecting with their mind, body, and sense of self. Through evidence-based trauma treatment, I help clients process distressing experiences, reduce emotional overwhelm, strengthen self-awareness, and build lasting resilience.

I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, phobias, depression, attachment wounds, and major life transitions, including relationship changes, career shifts, and personal growth challenges. With more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals with trauma histories, I strive to help clients move beyond survival patterns and toward greater clarity, confidence, balance, and emotional well-being.

My therapeutic style is warm, attuned, and empowering, with an emphasis on helping clients feel grounded, supported, and connected throughout the healing process.

Education & Experience

I completed my graduate studies at University of Southern California School of Social Work with a concentration in mental health treatment for children, adolescents, and families.

I bring more than 15 years of experience providing trauma-informed therapy to individuals navigating the lasting effects of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and life stressors that interfere with daily functioning and overall well-being. My clinical work is grounded in helping clients safely process unresolved experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with a greater sense of balance and empowerment.

My advanced training includes EMDR Certification, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Anger Management Certification, and CYT-500 Clinical Yoga trauma-sensitive practitioner training. I integrate evidence-based and body-centered approaches to support healing across the mind-body connection while tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs and goals.
