About Me
I have been licensed in the state of California since 2013. My primary experience is working with adults in addiction recovery, adult children from dysfunctional families, and couples. My physical offices are located in Santa Cruz county (Scotts Valley and Aptos), and I offer therapy via telehealth. Clients in my practice have found EMDR to be incredibly helpful in their healing journey.

I was employed by Kaiser Permanente for nearly 10 years, providing therapy in groups and for individuals, as well as teaching classes in Addiction Medicine Recovery Services (an IOP environment).
In August 2023, I started my own full-time private practice.
