About Me
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in trauma, perinatal mental health, and the emotional complexities of motherhood. My work focuses on supporting women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or not quite like themselves, especially during pregnancy, postpartum, or after a difficult or traumatic birth.
Many of the women I work with are high-functioning on the outside but internally carrying a heavy load whether that’s birth trauma, anxiety, ADHD, or the identity shifts that come with becoming a mother. Through EMDR therapy and a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach, we work to process what’s been stored in the body, not just talked through in the mind.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply attuned. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel understood, not rushed or minimized. Together, we make sense of your experience, reconnect you with your body, and help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
In addition to perinatal and trauma work, I also specialize in ADHD in women and mothers, particularly when it intersects with anxiety, burnout, and identity. I’m licensed in California and Illinois and offer both in-person and virtual sessions. If something here resonates, you’re welcome to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if this feels like the right space for you.
