About Me

Becca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has experience providing mental health services to individuals of all ages, with a primary practice focus of working with children and adolescents, young adults, and parents/caregivers. She is also a Certified Parent Peer Support Specialist, which offers a unique approach to supporting parents of children with mental health needs. Becca works with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, autism, ADHD and developmental disabilities. She is formally trained in multiple evidence based therapeutic interventions such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing Becca’s therapeutic approach is to be radically genuine and open, with a belief that people have the wherewithal to overcome their personal obstacles. Becca understands that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is the most important ingredient for nurturing positive change.

Education & Experience

Becca holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Social Work, as well as a Master's of Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. Rebecca has been working in the mental health field for more than 8 years.
