About Me

I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist as well as a Consultant-in-Training. I have specific training in attachment-focused applications of EMDR. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who feel disconnected, specifically those who have experienced trauma and contend with its impact on their sense of stability or wellbeing. I often have success working with people who have had unsatisfying experiences in previous therapy and my clients include therapists, abuse survivors, and first responders. No matter who you are, my approach to working with you will be non-judgmental, compassionate, and direct.
