About Me
I specialize in helping people change patterns of emotion, thinking, and behaviors that create suffering and interfere with achieving goals: healthy relationships and overall well-being. Many clients start treatment with me when insight and awareness are insufficient to improve their mood and develop effective behaviors. I love to help clients recognize and remove blind spots, beliefs, and other less obvious barriers to health, healing, and sustainable change.
