About Me
I specialize in helping people identify and change long held patterns of beliefs and behaviors that interfere with mood, healthy relationships, mental health, goals, and overall well-being. Many of my clients suffer mental health challenges that resist treatment. I love helping my clients use trauma informed treatment to recognize and remove barriers to health, healing, growth and sustainable change. I am currently licensed in Maryland, DC and Virginia. I am a board approved social work supervisor and EMDRIA consultant in training.
