About Me

People come to see me when they are struggling with self-defeating patterns, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, professional challenges, or seeking greater balance in their lives. I provide a warm, safe environment that fosters authentic and collaborative therapeutic relationships. I believe in the integrity of my clients and the uniqueness of their life stories and experiences. I believe our inner dialogue and self-narrative shapes the way in which we see and interact with our world and the relationships we hold. People describe me as compassionate and someone who brings understanding and acceptance into the therapy room.
In my practice, I take an integrative approach to address individual needs. I use evidence-based modalities and the mind/body connection to foster deeper understanding and insight, and to facilitate healing.
