About Me

I am a trauma and relationship based in Virginia Beach, VA. I offer customized intensive/extended therapy sessions as well as traditional weekly appointments for couples and individuals. I offer sessions at my practice located on the beach as well as a farm location where I provide equine interactions in therapy.I am trained in the equine-lateral protocol (Equine-Assited EMDR). I am extensively trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and offer this to couples in addition to my EMDR training. I am happy to connect and discuss my services in more detail!
