About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC), Certified EMDR Therapist, and IFS Therapist. I am also an Approved Supervisor for LGPC clinicians and an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training. I have completed all 3 steps/levels of training in IFS-informed EMDR through Syzygy Institute. I currently offer individual and group EMDR and IFS-informed EMDR consultation for EMDR therapists. I have extensive background and training in complex trauma, PTSD, Jungian/depth psychology, PMAD's (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders), neurodiversity, mindfulness, grief and loss, body-centered modalities, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and parts work, and creative art modalities. I hold strong interests in working with parents, providing pregnant people with perinatal and postpartum support, supporting perinatal loss and grief, understanding and supporting the lived experiences of infertility, and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community around systemic, intersectional issues.
