About Me

My practice is centered in a liberation-based framework for healing. My approach is holistic, multi-dimensional, person-centered, and collaborative. I am a white identified, cisgender, queer therapist that is attentive to issues of social justice, oppression, marginalization, power and privilege. I am invested in the liberation and healing of people across age, gender, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, size, religion and healing tradition. I have specialized knowledge and expertise in sexuality, intimacy, gender identity, relationships, depression, anxiety and trauma. I draw inspiration from a blend of Narrative Therapy, Relational Therapy, Family Systems, Solution-based, Dialogic, Psychodynamic, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing & IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy)-based approaches.
